1. Seeing things from a different person’s perspective.
2. Resources – Everyone in the group will have different skill sets and
networks of people, these resources will ultimately benefit the whole
group.
3. Accountability – Being part of a MMG means you are accountable to
your fellow members, which will help drive you towards your own goals.
Basically, If you set specific goals as part of the group you won’t want
to be the only one not to have made progress next time you meet.
